By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Multix VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that allows users to establish encrypted connections to servers operated or managed by the Company.

The Service may offer:

  • Multiple server locations
  • Multiple connection protocols
  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Subscription-based access

The purpose of the Service is to enhance user privacy and security when accessing the internet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. No-Logs Policy

Multix VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy.

We do NOT:

  • Monitor browsing activity
  • Log traffic content
  • Store DNS queries
  • Track connection timestamps
  • Collect IP address history
  • Record session duration
  • Analyze user network traffic

We do not collect or store any data related to your online activity while using the VPN Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful software
  • Engage in hacking, phishing, or network attacks
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Conduct fraudulent or abusive activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the Service is used in violation of these Terms.

6. Subscription and Payments

The Service may be offered on a subscription basis.

  • Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
  • We do not process or store payment information directly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Specific connection speeds
  • Access to all server locations at all times

Server availability and performance may vary due to network conditions or third-party infrastructure providers.

8. Security Disclaimer

All VPN connections are encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect data transmission, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party hosting providers, data centers, or infrastructure partners. We are not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multix VPN shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Misuse of the Service by users

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
