How to Get Help
📱 From the App
If something doesn't work, contact support directly from the app:
- Open Multix VPN app
- Go to Settings → Support
- The app will automatically attach app information
- Describe your issue and send

When contacting support via email, please include:
- Your device model and iOS version
- App version (found in Settings)
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Screenshots if applicable
